Our Production Time

All orders are made to order and are typically ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

All Orders Placed in the USA

Once production is complete, most orders are shipped using 2-day expedited shipping anywhere within the United States. Custom coins are the exception and may take up to 14 business days for delivery after production.

All Orders Placed in Canada

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days. Custom coin orders are faster, with delivery typically within approximately 3 business days after production.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem with the quality or production of your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Because our personalized gifts are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you realize you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please still reach out to us. While we cannot replace a correctly produced personalized item at no charge, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.

Please carefully review all names, dates, clean or sobriety dates, milestone numbers, spelling, photos, sizes, options, and other personalization before submitting your order. Your gift will be created using the information you provide.

We put a great deal of care into every piece that leaves Joy Filled Recovery, and we want the gift you receive to be something you’re proud to give, display, or carry with you. If there is ever an issue with the quality, production, or accuracy of your item that is caused by us, we will make it right 100% of the time. If the item was produced correctly according to the information submitted with your order, it is considered a final sale.
