Are the digital downloads really free?

Yes. Any item listed as a free digital download is available at no cost.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. Digital downloads are electronic files only. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. Because these are digital products, there are no shipping charges.

How do I receive my download?

After completing the required steps for the free download, you will be given access to the digital file. Follow the download instructions provided with the item and save the file to your device.

Can I print the file at home?

Yes. Most of our digital downloads are designed to be easily printed at home. You can also have them printed through a local or online print shop if you prefer.

What kind of paper should I use?
