• If needed, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based products, paper towels, or rough materials that may scratch the acrylic.

• Do not soak or submerge the acrylic or LED base in water.

• Keep the base and electrical components away from moisture.

• Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

• Handle the acrylic carefully when removing or reinserting it into the base.

Necklace

• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and household cleaners.

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

• Store in a clean, dry place when not in use.

• When displaying the necklace on the plaque, place and remove it gently to avoid scratching the acrylic or pulling on the chain.

The acrylic display fits into an LED base. When the base is turned on, light travels upward through the acrylic and illuminates the design.

Is the design visible when the light is off?

Yes. The printed design remains visible whether the LED base is turned on or off.

Does the necklace come with the plaque?

Yes. This is a complete gift bundle and includes both the necklace and the personalized acrylic LED plaque.

Is the necklace attached permanently to the plaque?

No. The necklace is removable and can be worn normally. The plaque also serves as a beautiful way to present and display the necklace.

Does the LED base come included?

Yes. The bundle includes the acrylic display piece and the base selected when ordering.

What powers the LED base?

Depending on the base option available, it may use USB or battery power. The available options will be shown on the product page.

Can the acrylic be removed from the base?

Yes. The acrylic piece can be carefully removed from the base and reinserted when needed.

Is the personalization a removable decal?

No. Names, dates, photos, messages, and artwork are incorporated into the finished printed design and are not removable stickers or decals.
