Once production is complete, most orders are shipped using 2-day expedited shipping anywhere within the United States. Custom coins are the exception and may take up to 14 business days for delivery after production.

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days. Custom coin orders are faster, with delivery typically within approximately 3 business days after production.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

Is the plaque made from glass?

No. The plaque is made from premium acrylic, giving it a clear, polished appearance without the fragility of traditional glass.

Does the plaque need a stand or base?

No. This style is designed to stand upright on its own, so no separate stand or base is needed.

Does this plaque light up?

No. Freestanding acrylic plaques do not include LED lighting. The design is printed directly onto the acrylic and is intended to be displayed as-is.

Is the personalization a removable decal?

No. Names, dates, photos, messages, and other personalized details are incorporated into the finished printed design and are not removable stickers or decals.

What makes a freestanding acrylic plaque different from an LED plaque?

A freestanding plaque stands on its own without a separate base and does not light up. It offers a simple, polished display that can be placed almost anywhere.
