Every gift is made to order and typically ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Production times may vary slightly depending on the product and order volume.
Orders Shipping to the USA
Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days using standard shipping.
Custom coins are the exception and may take up to 14 business days for delivery after production.

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 4–8 business days using standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Will I Receive Tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Can You Guarantee Delivery by a Specific Date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide, and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.
Could My Order Arrive in More Than One Package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

Your chosen wording is permanently engraved into the ring rather than printed or applied with a temporary decal.
What can I have engraved?
Names, dates, initials, coordinates, short messages, and other meaningful wording can be used within the available engraving space.
Will longer engraving look smaller?
Yes. Longer wording needs to fit within the same engraving area, so shorter personalization generally allows the lettering to appear larger.
Are different finishes available?
Yes. Depending on the ring style, available options may include stainless steel, gold-tone, and black finishes.
Is the ring made specifically for my order?
Yes. Personalized rings are created using the size, finish, and engraving details selected when you order.
