All orders are made to order and are typically ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

All Orders Placed in the USA

Once production is complete, most orders are shipped using 2-day expedited shipping anywhere within the United States. Custom coins are the exception and may take up to 14 business days for delivery after production.

All Orders Placed in Canada

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days. Custom coin orders are faster, with delivery typically within approximately 3 business days after production.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Ordering for a special occasion?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

• Microwave safe for reheating and serving.
• Oven safe up to 250°F for a maximum of one hour.
• Avoid exposing the platter to temperatures above the recommended limit.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaning tools that could scratch the satin surface.
• Handle carefully and avoid cutting directly on the printed surface with sharp utensils.
• Allow the platter to cool before moving between extreme temperatures.

With proper care, your platter can continue to be used and enjoyed for many occasions to come.

What is the platter made from?

The platter is made from a durable, high-performance polymer with a smooth satin finish. It is BPA-free and melamine-free.

How large is the platter?

The platter measures approximately 10" x 14" and is about 0.75" tall, providing plenty of space for serving appetizers, desserts, snacks, and other dishes.

Is the platter dishwasher safe?

Yes. The platter is dishwasher safe for convenient everyday cleaning.

Is the platter microwave safe?

Yes. The platter is safe for use in the microwave.

Can the platter go in the oven?

Yes. It can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 250°F for a maximum of one hour.

Is the design a removable decal?

No. The artwork and personalization are incorporated into the finished design and are not removable stickers or decals.

Can the platter actually be used for serving food?

Yes. This is a functional serving platter, so it can be used for serving food as well as displayed as a personalized keepsake.
